Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the Nido hotel team for 2025 in Corfu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in accordance with set recipes and standards.
• Assist Sous Chef with menu planning and costing for the a la carte restaurant.
• Oversee food quantities, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with food safety regulations and standards.
• Train and develop the kitchen staff.
• Assist with orders and inventory management.

• Experience as a Chef De Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Experience in Mediterranean and Greek cuisine.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
