Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Spa Manager to join the Elix hotel team for 2025 in Perdika, Thesprotia.

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff management, scheduling, and service quality.
• Develop and implement spa service standards to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage the hiring, training, and professional development of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to promote spa services, special offers, and packages to increase revenue.
• Maintain inventory control of spa products, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance of the spa facilities, ensuring a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests.
• Develop and monitor the spa’s budget, tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability to meet financial goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new treatments, and innovations in wellness to ensure the spa offers the latest and most desirable services.
• Ensure all spa operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Build strong relationships with repeat clients and VIP guests, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
• Coordinate special events, wellness programs, or collaborations with other hotel departments.

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a spa management or supervisory role in a luxury or boutique setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and products.
• Proficiency in spa management software and booking systems.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote the spa and attract guests.
• Calm and composed under pressure, especially in guest-facing situations.
• Passion for wellness and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
