Olea All Suite Hotel, a member of Design Hotels by Marriott, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge to join our team for the 2025 season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Guest Service: Welcome guests and provide exceptional, tailor-made assistance to meet their needs.
• Local Expertise: Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Coordination: Arrange reservations, transportation, excursions, and special requests with precision and efficiency.
• VIP Guest Management: Deliver exclusive and discreet service to VIP guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with other teams (front office, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Concierge or similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Exceptional knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and the ability to deliver personalized experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• Experience with PMS systems (Protel preferred).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: Familiarity with basic accounting processes for managing external partners is a plus.
