Join our international team as a Restaurant Manager.
Role Description
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
- Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant
- Handle day to day management activities
- Supervise opening and closing duties
- Resolving guest complains and ensuring guests satisfaction
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies
Qualifications
- Proven 3 Years work experience as Floor Manager/Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is an asset
