Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Night Auditor to join our team.

As a Night Auditor at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the resort, including the accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions, guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining the security of the property during the night shift. Your exceptional organizational and analytical skills will help ensure the smooth running of the resort during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely financial transactions during the night shift, including posting charges, processing payments, and balancing accounts
• Complete the night audit process and generate the daily financial report
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Maintain the security of the resort and handle any emergency situations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Ensure accurate and complete guest records
• Assist with any additional front desk or administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of accounting procedures and practices
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
