Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team.

As a Spa Therapist at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will have the opportunity to provide our guests with a range of rejuvenating and relaxing spa treatments. You will offer a personalized and tailored spa experience to each guest, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Whether it's a soothing massage, a revitalizing facial, or a therapeutic body treatment, you will use your skills and knowledge to promote relaxation and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs
• Customize treatments based on each guest's specific needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa treatment rooms
• Promote and upsell spa products and services
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in spa therapies
• Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere
• Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room Ensure any treatment room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service & hygiene

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or resort
• Extensive knowledge of different massage techniques, skincare products, and spa treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing environment
• Attention to detail and ability to customize treatments based on individual needs
• Certification or license in spa therapy or a related field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
