Your main purpose
Mission: As a Night auditor, you will be the one to provide a courteous, charming, and professional service to our guests following the company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries. Be fully aware of all reservation procedures and ensure that all relevant information is kept in Opera. Address guest complaints and requests and provide concierge services like wake-up calls. Complete and provide to the hotel management the Night Report. Reconcile and balance the hotel’s financial records from the day shift.
What will you bring?
Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a 5* luxury hotel.
Proficiency in Opera PMS.
Knowledge of Micros / Twinsoft / Simphony software.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus (Russian, German, French).
Strong communicative, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
