Both these teams ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-class guest services throughout our guests' stay, and provide direction to continuously improve guests and team experience.

Requirements
- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomed.
- Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating the services they might require.
- Be a source of information to guests and promote hotel’s services and facilities or local unique experiences.
- Accommodate general and unique requests.
- Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests.
- Build a long-term relationship with the clients.
- Excellent cooperation with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years of previous service in a corresponding position in 5-star hotels.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of German or/and French language and proven oral communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Previous service in customer service departments.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and communicative personality eager to be part of a growing team and focus on clients' high-quality service.
- Ability to communicate pleasantly with guests.
- Organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations.
- Please note that Opera PMS knowledge is a plus.
