Role Description:
Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable moments of joy? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at AURA SUITES PAROS as a Property Manager for the summer season 2025!
Contract length: 6 months
As Property Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and assistance to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate transportation services for guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies
- Luxury hotel environment experience
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English & Greek
- Good other language proficiency is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
- Must be flexible and have a positive, can-do attitude
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication
- Negotiation with excellent PR & Communication skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented
