Responsibilities:
- Design a specific and comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with and under the guidance of management.
- Collection and evaluation of proposals for implementing advertising campaigns, both through individual events and comprehensive efforts to penetrate new markets.
- Creation and promotion of strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Monitoring competitors' activities to inform and upgrade the marketing department in line with industry trends.
- Organization and management of additional responsibilities as they arise based on the needs of the Sales & Marketing department.
- Management and development of content for all company communication channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and the website.
- Expansion into new markets for the hotel through participation in and monitoring of local and international trade shows.
- Daily communication and interaction with external partners.
Requirements:
- Required Experience: 2 to 3 years in marketing and communications within the hospitality sector.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical Experience: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are desirable.
