Best candidate’s profile:
2 years minimum experience in a similar position at a luxury Hotel
Excellent knowledge of wines, and wines preservation, minimum WSPC level 2 (or equivalent)
Strong communication and organizational skills with a pleasant personality
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
Ability to adjust to the standards of the hotel brand
Professional behavior and appearance
Key responsibilities:
Create pairing of food and wine, check temperatures and choice of glassware for each wine
Present wine list to guests
Attention to details
Check the wine stock, and submit orders
Upselling skills
