SPA SUPERVISOR

Role Overview

The Spa Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that the guest experience and operational efficiency are of the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Motivating and providing support to the team, ensuring they are trained, knowledgeable, and performing to the highest standards.
• Supervising daily spa operations, ensuring treatments are delivered seamlessly and that spa services are provided professionally.
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery by overseeing guest satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
• Acting as the contact person for any concerns guests may have, monitoring guest feedback and ensuring all concerns are addressed professionally.
• Conducting regular training sessions to ensure that staff members are up to date on treatments, spa products, and guest service techniques.
• Ensuring the spa’s cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained by overseeing the treatment rooms, equipment, and communal areas.
• Overseeing inventory management, including the ordering and restocking of products and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for daily operations.
• Working closely with other hotel departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury spa environment
• Certification in massage therapy or other spa treatments (e.g., facials, body treatments).
• A deep understanding of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry trends is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with both guests and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address guest concerns with professionalism.
