Your main responsibilities
Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Recruit, train, and supervise stewarding employees, ensuring they adhere to resort standards and policies.
Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, including cleaning agents, detergents, and equipment.
Assist in preparing and managing the stewarding department budget.
Work closely with other departments, including culinary, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
What will you bring?
3 Years’ experience in 5-star hotel and/or large banquet and event areas.
HACCP accreditation.
Fluent in the English language. Greek, Spanish, or Arab are desirable.
Competency in Windows including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, menu management, inventory control and Event Management software.
Experience working with large groups of employees from various cultural backgrounds.
