Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Manage Front Office department.
Ensure implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge.
Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture.
Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and quality.
Deliver finance, cost and payroll targets.
Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction.
Work in partnership with all HODs to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded regarding room requirements.
Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
Oversee recruitment and hiring for the Department.
Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
Best candidate’s profile
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in luxury hotel operations
Computer Literacy and familiarity with Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
Fluency in Greek and English an extra language would be a plus.
Prior LHW experience, in a similar position would be considered an asset.
