Key responsibilities:
Organizing, supervising and training the team
Coordinator and supervise daily restaurant tasks
Work closely with the restaurant manager
Monitoring stock and inventory
Ensure guest are served within specified time
Focusing in customer service and satisfaction
Ensure that hotel brand standards are implemented
Best candidate’s profile:
2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
Experience working at F&B department
Knowledge of wine and spirits
Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork
