HOTEL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments (F&B, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, SPA).
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of the remaining team members.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel staff, creating weekly schedules and setting performance expectations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee financial reports to maintain cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure operational continuity.
• Implement and maintain high cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the property.
• Track guest feedback and work on continuous improvements to enhance guest experience.
• Greet guests upon arrival, and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, manage room bookings, and respond to emails.
• Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and basic hotel management software (Webhotelier, Hotelizer).
• Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding guest service
