Job Overview:

The Front Desk Shift Leader is responsible for managing room allocations based on the hotel's
availability and strategy during their shift. Their main focus is to ensure that guests receive a highly personalized experience, which aligns with the hotel's brand, providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Front Desk Supervisor to evaluate Front Desk Agent's performance.
• Participates actively in training programs to enhance personal and team growth.
•  Maintains high standards of behavior, appearance, and professionalism at all times.
• Greets all guests in a friendly, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Addresses guest complaints in a prompt and appropriate manner to ensure guest
  satisfaction.
• Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring proper guest room allocation
  based on availability and guest preferences
• Works closely with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, contributing to the
  efficient operation of the Front Desk.
• Ensures a high level of customer service is maintained, upholding the hotel's values and standards.

Requirements

• BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language – knowledge of any other
  language would be considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS.
• 2 years minimum experience as a Front Desk Shift Leader in a 4 or 5* Luxury Boutique Hotel
