SPA Supervisor – NOUS Santorini

The Spa Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team, maintain the spa's quality standards, and ensure a memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
• Ongoing training to spa team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with treatment techniques and company policies.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels of spa products, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Create and maintain work schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Ensure the spa adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage daily reports, including financial, attendance, and guest feedback.
• Promote spa services and packages to increase guest engagement and sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, including treatments, products, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, spa management software).
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Language
