Εποχιακός/ήMain Responsibilities
- Handling guests request or queries
- Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Ensure high levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction.
- Assist with Room Allocation for arriving rooms, including the organization of arrivals and departures of large arrival days.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Is the first point of call to the guest relations team & Reception team for complaint handling.
- Ensuring all ISO procedures are carried out including all front office daily paperwork and money handling.
- Assist with scheduling of the department
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Assist the Front Office Manager with any tasks required
- Reports to the Front Office Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in supervisory position in hospitality (Front Desk and/or Guest Services)
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality or other related field.
- Well-developed leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
- Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
