Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.
• Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings.
• Decorate and finish pastries and desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with pastry chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
