Club Dance Holidays, a leading provider of worldwide dance breaks, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic self-employed Reservations Assistant to join our team. This flexible role ranges from 3 days per week to full-time.

Position: Reservations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Manage bookings for dance holiday packages, ensuring accuracy and a seamless reservation process.
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and dance programs.
Handle payment processing and follow up with clients for outstanding balances.
Assist in updating and maintaining booking systems and client records.
Communicate effectively with our team to ensure smooth coordination of bookings, accommodations, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

Native English speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems (training provided where necessary).
Interest in travel and dance (experience in these areas is a bonus!).
Ability to work independently and handle inquiries efficiently.
Prior experience in reservations, travel coordination, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
