Restaurant Manager

for

the Monasty Hotel, Autograph Collection in Thessaloniki

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day restaurant operation
• Improves restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators
• Participates in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Recruits and assists in the training of employees
• Evaluates employee performance
• Delivers excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints.
• Conducts accurate inventories monthly
• Oversees storage and weekly orders
• Ensures that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
• Prior working experience in a similar position, in a 5-star resort.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset.
• Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
• Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills
• Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
• Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
• Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.
• Permanent resident of Thessaloniki as accommodation is not provided.
