Destination Manager – Corfu – AVRA TOURS S.A.

As a Destination Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Supervise and handle the company's customers' arrivals and departures at the airport and/or the port
• Handle special projects in the destination when required
• Assist with hotel contracting in cooperation with the company’s contracting department
• Perform tasks in the interest of customer service

Requirements:

• Strong understanding and knowledge of local suppliers and market dynamics
• Organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties
• Experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism operations field
• Deadline-oriented and objective-driven
• Fluent communication in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Additional knowledge of German or French will be considered a plus
• Very good computer skills
• Driving license

Assistant Operations – Corfu – AVRA TOURS S.A.

As an assistant operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Job responsibilities

• Assist to the day to day office operations
• Assist at the airport with arrivals and departures
• Handle special projects in the destination as needed
• Assist the Destination Manager in his daily tasks
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile

Qualifications / Requirements

• Fluent communication in English language, both written and verbal.
• Additional knowledge of the German or the French languages will be considered as a plus.
• Deadline oriented
• Very good computer skills
• A friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality, with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Driving license
