About the role:

  • Supervise and manage the front office department, ensuring the delivery of impeccable services to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Train, coach, and develop Front Office staff to provide exceptional customer service and increase productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments.
  • Prepare the front desk shift schedule according to operational needs.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide reports to hotel management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS).
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to manage pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
