Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of guests’ arrivals and departures.
• Efficient handling of all cashiering functions including but not limited to cash and credit card charges, currency exchange, cashiering close.
• Answering any guest inquiries or requests through phone, email or live in a knowledgeable, professional and timely manner.
• Closely collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B team to successfully accommodate all guest requests, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction.
• Preparing all relevant reports for the Front Office Team, the Operations Manager, the Owner and other hotel departments, to ensure that everyone has updated and accurate information.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a 4* Hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language.
• Proficient use of MS Office and relevant hotel PMS (Preferably Pylon).
• Hands on professional with “can do” attitude, team spirit and guest satisfaction orientation.
