F&B Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with other departments to align food and beverage services with the overall goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Your ability to manage resources effectively, innovate menu offerings, and maintain operational efficiency will be key to your success in this role. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek languages is essential.
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language  will be considered as an asset.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
