The role

As a Louis Hotel Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and optimizing profitability of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record in revenue management hotel contracting and sales within the hospitality industry.

Main responsibilities

• Development and implementation of effective revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patters to identify revenue opportunities and market positioning.
• Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations team to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics, including, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and market share.
• Utilizing all revenue management tools and technology to optimize pricing, budget performance, inventory management, and distribution channels.
• Up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue management.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
• Solid understanding of distribution channels, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) or Certified Revenue Management Professional (CRMP) credentials are a plus.
• EU Nationality or an EU work permit holder.
• Nicosia resident or ready to live in Nicosia.
