Εποχιακός/ήQualifications:
- 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Maitre, Captain or Waiter A' in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
- Basic principles of Service & Bar operations & staff organization planning is required
- General knowledge of Wine pairing & Food quality is valuable
- In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
- Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
- Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
- Great attention to detail
- Offering upscaled customer service
- Leading by example and training on the Job
- Building strong teams
