Position: Front Desk Manager & Sales Support

Location: Sokio Attiki, BW Premier Collection

Hotel: 35 rooms

Opening Date: May 2025

Sokio Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager for the newly built Sokio Attiki, BW Premier Collection. This role includes sales support responsibilities and offers opportunities for advancement into a senior management position.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the entire Front Desk team.

Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Ensure the smooth operation of hotel procedures and compliance with quality standards.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Excellent knowledge of the Protel system and other hotel software.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage).

Ability to manage reservations and provide sales support.

Leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork.

Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with all hotel departments.
