Εποχιακός/ήSCOPE OF JOB
The main purpose of this role is to deliver food & drinks orders to guest rapidly and accurately to maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.
Reports to:
Restaurant Manager and/or Manager on Duty
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver orders from kitchen/bar to guest table
- Communicate with Food Expeditor for smooth workflow
- Assist the floor staff to clean and set up tables if appropriate
- Carry dirty dishes & utensils to pot wash if appropriate
- Polish cutlery, glassware and restock stations
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
- Attend job specific trainings
- Attend team communication meetings
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Knowledge
- F&B basic knowledge
- Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language

Level of Experience
- At least 1 year of previous experience in F&B operations
