Your main purpose
Mission: As a Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that our guests enjoy unforgettable privacy and comfort experiences by engaging your team.
Management: Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure an adequate stock of cleaning supplies. Train and guide your team according to company standards. Prepare daily schedule and work shifts. Communicate and cooperate with other hotel departments involved in the guest experience.
Supervision: Ensure all cleaning procedures and methods adhere to company standards. Check and report any damage or deterioration in rooms and common areas. Supervise the cleaning of rooms and common areas.
What will you bring?
At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
Fluency in English.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Hotel Management and Tourism degree would be a plus.
