Εποχιακός/ήRequirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Front Office department of 4* or 5* hotels
- Excellent command of Greek and English Languages
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Providing information about hotel's facilities and promote its services
- Replying to Guest e-mails and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
- Anticipating guest needs and build rapport with them
- Reporting daily to the Guest Experience Manager
