Cook A
•Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
•Supervise and train Cooks B and Kitchen Assistants, guiding them in food preparation and techniques.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
•Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
•Maintain an organized and efficient workstation during service hours.
• Follow food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO) and minimize waste.
Cook B
•Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to set recipes and standards.
•Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready (mise en place) before service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or à la carte restaurant.
• Strong organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency under service conditions.
• Fluency in English.
Kitchen Assistants (Lantza)
•Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen support.
•Wash and store kitchen utensils, plates, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
•Support the team in keeping the work areas organized and stocked.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Team player with a willingness to assist in all kitchen tasks.
