Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SPA Manager to lead our award-winning SPA
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wellness, exceptional leadership
skills, and a dedication to delivering unparalleled guest experiences. As the SPA Manager, you
will oversee all aspects of the SPA operations, ensuring the highest standards of service,
quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the SPA, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory
  management.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and treatments tailored to guest
  needs.
• Train, mentor, and inspire a team of therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional
  service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health
  regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost
  control.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized experiences and resolving
  any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience at Sandblu
  Resort.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new treatments, products, and technologies to keep the SPA competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SPA Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury
  hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of wellness therapies, treatments, and products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
