Service - Waiter 

Responsible to provide customer focused service to the Guests, ensuring their stay will become an unforgettable experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2 years experience as a Waiter in a 4 star hotel or high End Restaurant.
• Has a satisfactory overall knowledge of International cuisine and is willing to keep learning.
• An entry level qualification in wine is desired but not essential.
• A skilled sales person, able to identify sales opportunities in order to assist the operation in maximising revenues.
• A natural people's person, enjoys the vibe and energy of a busy luxury Hotel Restaurant.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, communicates easily with staff, management and guests.
• Has a true passion for  guest service and naturally goes the extra mile to satisfy the most challenging guests.
• A "can do" attitude and ability to work under pressure is a must for this role.
• Very well organised, responsible for maintaining the F&B areas in good order and taking great care of equipment.
