Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Rooms Division Manager to join the MarBella hotel team in Corfu.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments.
• Ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out, maintaining high service standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and surveys.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, brand standards, and company policies.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to enhance guest experiences and drive occupancy rates.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any service-related issues efficiently.
• Liaise with Maintenance and other departments to ensure the upkeep of rooms and public areas.

• Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Fluent in English. Other languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
