Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Barista and Bartender.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, with precision and artistry.
- Craft and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and coffee station at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail recipes.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Fluency in English.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
