Mini Bar Attendant

Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Mini Bar Attendant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Restock and maintain mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items according to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of mini bars to ensure they are fully stocked, clean, and in good working condition.
• Record and charge consumed items accurately to guest accounts using the hotel’s system.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns related to the mini bar.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure availability of items.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests related to mini bar offerings professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of mini bar usage, inventory, and billing.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
