Skybay Group enlarges its vision with the opening of a new restaurant in Imerovigli, Santorini, offering a unique dining experience that blends Mediterranean tradition with modern innovation. Perched atop a cliff with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island’s idyllic sunset, the restaurant will craft contemporary dishes with locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood. The sleek, modern design complements the breathtaking scenery, while the sustainable approach ensures a minimal environmental footprint. With a curated wine list featuring Santorini’s renowned Assyrtiko, this new venue promises to be a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike, combining exceptional food, stunning views, and memorable experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized and anticipatory service to ensure an exceptional stay.
• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and escort them to their rooms or villas.
• Coordinate and fulfill guest requests, including dining reservations, transportation, spa bookings, and special arrangements.
• Provide detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared to the highest standards, including unpacking/packing luggage, arranging amenities, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a discreet, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Assist with organizing and executing special events, such as private dinners, celebrations, and weddings.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a similar luxury hospitality role (preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
