Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at OKU Kos. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining the highest culinary standards. This position will focus on supporting the kitchen team, developing innovative dishes, and ensuring the seamless operation of all food outlets. The Sous Chef will embody the OKU philosophy of mindful luxury and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading kitchen operations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Support in designing and innovating menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation and teamwork.
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:
