Night Auditor

for a new project in Eretria

Job brief and purpose

The night auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members and other employees.

Main duties and tasks

• To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to):
• Checking-in and checking-out guests and members.
• Concierge-tasks.
• Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations.
• Observance of order, cleanliness and safety in the public areas of the hotel
• Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots
• In charge of the Health & Safety and well being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Excellent English language skills
