Workathlon, member of Kariera group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Hospitality Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to building client relationships and delivering top-tier talent within the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, recruitment, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify and attract top talent within the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for various hospitality roles
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements for different roles, ensuring that the right candidates are selected.
- Provide clients with regular updates on candidate progress, feedback, and market trends.

Full Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both candidates and clients, including initial contact, interviews, candidate presentations, and placement.
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and employment terms between clients and candidates.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of candidates, providing them with relevant information and assisting with the transition into new roles.

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base within the hospitality sector.
- Understand market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to offer solutions tailored to their staffing needs.
- Generate and meet recruitment targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Market Knowledge & Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent demand, and competitor activity within the hospitality recruitment space.
- Provide clients with market insights, salary guides, and advice on recruitment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and client engagement metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its staffing needs (e.g., hotels, restaurants, resorts).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous business development experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a 360 recruitment role (both client and candidate-facing).
- Familiarity with hospitality certifications and industry standards.
