Εποχιακός/ήResponsibilities:
- Cost Monitoring: Oversee daily operational costs, including food, beverage, maintenance, and supplies.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing, review contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports focusing on food, beverage, and operational expenses.
- Compliance and Audits: Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with F&B, housekeeping, and reception teams to implement cost-control measures while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, restaurants)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (Additional languages are an advantage.)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
