- Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill procurement needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate purchasing of materials, goods, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
