Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Transport clean linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Collect and remove used linens, trash, and recyclables from guest rooms and dispose of them properly.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing their needs with a positive attitude.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests related to housekeeping services with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and carts.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or management team.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping, valet, or a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
