Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Pool Cleaner

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the resort’s pools, ensuring they are safe and inviting for guests.
• Skim debris from the surface of the water and remove leaves, dirt, and other contaminants from pool areas.
• Vacuum pool floors and clean pool walls to prevent algae buildup.
• Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels in the water, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Inspect and clean pool filters, pumps, and other equipment regularly.
• Ensure pool furniture, umbrellas, and surrounding areas are clean and well-organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside amenities as required.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing their needs with a positive attitude.

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience as a Pool Cleaner or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and water chemistry (training will be provided if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
