is seeking to recruit for our new project in Marousi,

an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events & Sales Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about organizing events, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and stylish environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all stages of event planning and execution, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients and guests
• Manage incoming event and group inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and conduct site inspections
• Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, operations, marketing) to align on event requirements and logistics
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communication, and event details in the CRM system
• Assist the sales team with reporting, lead tracking, and development of promotional materials
• Support the creation of seasonal offers, packages, and corporate event presentations
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients pre- and post-event to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business
• Represent the venue and the company in networking events, fairs, or business meetings when needed
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth coordination and top-tier guest service

• Previous experience in event coordination or sales in the hospitality or events industry
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Experience with CRM or PMS systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
