HR Generalist

for a new project in Eretria.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Support onboarding and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist position in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
