Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Perform nightly financial audits, balance the day’s transactions and generate accurate financial reports.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently during the night shift.
• Reconcile guest accounts, posting charges and payments accurately into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure all hotel systems (front office, F&B, and other departments) are closed and balanced at the end of each day.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a receptionist -ideally at a luxury or 5-star property- or as an accountant.
• Command of a PMS - preferably Opera or Fidelio.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, αbility to remain calm and efficient under pressure or during emergency situations.
