Sandblu Resort, Santorini, is currently in search of Concierge Agents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Arrange and coordinate guest requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and special events.
- Provide detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with booking tickets, excursions, and other activities to ensure a memorable experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to provide accurate and relevant recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge desk at all times.
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and service providers to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Agent, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
